Doctor Andrzej Małczyński graduated from the Medical Academy in Lublin in 1986. He obtained two specializations: a first-degree specialization in surgery and a second-degree specialization in urology (completed in 1993). Doctor Małczyński earned his doctoral degree in medical sciences in 1996 with a thesis titled "Local microwave hyperthermia in the treatment of Peyronie’s disease." Since 2010, he has served as a senior specialist at the Department of Urology of the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw. He has authored numerous publications in both Polish and international medical journals. Doctor Małczyński is a co-investigator in several international clinical trials concerning renal cancer, urinary tract infections, and overactive bladder. He is a member of Polish and international scientific societies (PTU and EUA). His primary professional interests include endourology, the treatment of genitourinary cancers, and the management of urolithiasis, prostate disorders, and conditions affecting the male reproductive organs.
