I'm so glad I found Dr. She's a very professional, kind, and warm person. Thanks to her, I managed to get pregnant after four years of trying. I'm incredibly grateful for all the advice and medication she prescribed, because my dream has come true. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr.

Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed. What's more, it's been a week since my appointment and I still haven't recovered (I often see a gynecologist in my life, but I've never been so stressed and humiliated). I went, inspired by the videos and the way they talked about health. The reality turned out to be the opposite. I didn't have a chance to fully share my medical history. I basically felt like an intruder. I tried to keep the conversation going and ask questions, but it all came down to words – buzzwords. And when I wanted to learn more, the answer was too long to search for myself or wait for the video. What's more, when I asked how the doctor uses a certain product, I was stunned. First, he asked me how I use it, and after a moment of thought, I got the answer (if you're a doctor and take something regularly, there's no need to think about it). My eyes were glued to the computer – only at the very end did the doctor look me in the eye. I learned virtually nothing, despite my efforts, smiles, and attempts to create a pleasant atmosphere. Quite the opposite – unnecessary stress and expense, which now brings with it even more expenses. Furthermore, I'm seeing more and more discrepancies between what's presented in videos and reality. I emailed the doctor with my concerns about the appointment – no response or reaction. Unfortunately, it didn't last more than an hour – there was a delay of over 20 minutes – meaning it started almost 5:45 PM when I entered the office (it was supposed to be 5:20 PM – I was on time even though I'd requested a later appointment, driving with my tongue in my cheek). By 6 PM, I was already in the car – it lasted a maximum of half an hour. The fact that the doctor stayed longer in the office and went to the pharmacy wasn't the time for my appointment, although the first thing I noticed was that I burst into tears and couldn't move for the next 20 minutes (I'd never experienced anything like that before at a doctor's office, especially in a private practice). Besides, there was no dialogue, as should have been the case, just you bouncing the ball and brushing off my questions or attempts to spark a conversation. Not to mention any involvement as a doctor. I emailed you about the visit, how it negatively affected me, and you showed zero response. I'm not an object to be treated this way, and then have to pay for it and be grateful that the visit lasted 10 minutes longer, resulting in nothing but stress and humiliation.

The doctor managed my two pregnancies. I simply lived close by, hence the choice. Her communication style is strange – she throws around empty phrases, doesn't speak directly, and suggests appointments with her colleagues. With my second pregnancy, she directly recommended services, saying she profited from them. Today, I was led to her YouTube channel and sent it to my husband. He, too, only remembers the visits, how the doctor looked at us from the door like we were banknotes. Zero empathy, a condescending manner of speaking. In retrospect, I think that if I had chosen a private provider, I would have looked for someone more humane in the relationship, someone who wouldn't make me feel insecure and wouldn't hand out business cards for "further diagnosis." Several years have passed, and I'm now a conscious patient, and only now do I understand how badly the doctor's "suggestions" affected me. Edit: My memory is perfect – the name, face, and address – everything is correct! My husband agrees.

I needed a quick appointment because I had an infection – I managed to get an appointment the same day. The doctor examined me thoroughly and prescribed effective medication. After just two days, I felt better.

The visit was very professional – the doctor was punctual, the office clean, and the atmosphere intimate. She explained everything in simple language. I felt safe and comfortable.
